Indie-Pendence Woot! :) Who's your faves?

As an Indie and Small Press Author, I find that I quite enjoy the wonderful people I have met along my journey. They say that being an author is a lonely solo career, but I don't always agree. I happen to find it full of awesome friends, and even at some times a little overstimulating. But, it's all about how you look at things.

So, I'm going to keep my post simple. I'd love to know who your fave Indie authors are, and I'll start the list with a couple of my own:

Kendall Grey
Laura Diamond

So, share a name of your own or your own and I'll put you in a drawing for an advanced copy of Creating Fate, my very first Indie-Pubbed novella! :) Oh, and go check out the rest of the fun!

  2. It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of Cate Dean, the author of The Claire Wiche Chronicles. I've had her on my blog a few times already, and not just because I think she's an amazing person, but because I enjoy her writing. :D I think I'll pick up Creating Fate on my Nook. Looks fantastic.

  6. Hi Rachel! I've come across so many awesome indie authors recently that it feels like a betrayal to only name a few :) Nevertheless, SM Boyce and Wynne Channing are the two that immediately come to mind.

  11. I have read many authors, but I don't know for certain if any of them have been indie... I'm sure some of them have been, but I don't know names. That being said, I am enjoying the discovery of new authors and the books and stories they have to tell. Thank you so much for the chance to experience your work.

  12. Hi, Rachel,

I'm sorry to contact you this way, but I have a question about Etopia (I'm one of their new authors) and I was wondering if I could email you. I couldn't find any other way of contacting you.
