I asked Tilly what her inspiration was behind this fabulous book, and here's what she had to say!
When I was in high school I was a geek BIG TIME. lol. I have a
strange sense of humor and so most people didn't get me. I liked this
guy, he was big, and sexy and I was a book worm. So my characters were
inspired by high school LOL. yeah but it's not me and that guy. I mean I
guess I used some things to describe him, but this is a whole different
couple. Sophia is funny, silly, super smart but no pushover. Chase is
HOT, but sweet and doesn't seem to be able to say no to his mate. When I
wrote Sharp Change I was laughing at a lot of the stuff Sophia
did/said, but it was so real you just can't not write it. I love
writing. Sharp Change was not my first book, but it was my first
acceptance. I'm so happy Chase and Sophia's story is out there. I think
it's awesome. And I'm lucky I have such awesome people in my life
encouraging me to do it. My hubby, my sister Jewel, my bff Heidi and my
extended family and friends. EVERYONE has told me to write! LOL. I think
the only person who wants me to stop writing and play some more is my 6
yr old son...oh and my dog Speedy.
